I’m a Japanese local, born and raised in Japan.
After spending a year living in Germany and traveling to different parts of the world, I became more aware of the small cultural differences that often confuse visitors to Japan.
Through this blog, I share practical tips and insights to help international travelers explore Japan more easily and enjoy their time here to the fullest.

In my free time, I practice Aikido, a traditional Japanese martial art, simply because I enjoy it and find it a great way to stay connected to Japanese culture.
